Matthew 7:13-14 "Traveling the Narrow Way"

Matthew 7:13-14 "The Strait Gate or The Narrow Way"

A wonderful look at the "straight gate" and an encouragement to all who enter therein.

Mathew 7:12 "The Golden Rule"

This is the closing thought for the Sermon on the Mount. It is the summary of everything Jesus had been talking about. This should be the character of the Christian.

Matthew 7:7-8 "Commands of Prayer"

This message opens with a warning how these verses have been often taken out of context and then focuses on several ideas: One, that God doesn't accomplish his will on what we want, he changes our will to match His own. Second, God calls us to pray, to seek and to knock. Thirdly the message focuses on two questions we should ask ourselves: what command is there in these verses and what do they mean for us today?
