A reminder that the Tabernacle was a reflection of the dwelling place of God in heaven and of how we may approach Him safely through the forgiveness of sins, and the blood of the sacrifices, and how we can have fellowship with him.  This tabernacle represented the Christ to com and all He would do. It is humbling to think how God came down to dwell with us: Emmanuel.
